Tucked away on the 4th floor above M&S, Skyline Cafe is one of those spots you would walk straight past without knowing it was there. Once you are up top, it opens out onto the harbour with stunning views across to Valletta, and it is a lovely place to sit back and relax whether you are stopping by for brunch, coffee, cocktails or sunset drinks.
We found the food good and the drinks great, and the kids were kept happy with activity packs, which always makes a difference when you just want to linger over that view a little longer. It is a genuinely hidden spot, so it feels like a proper find.
Definitely one to save for your next Malta day out or holiday, especially if you can time it for sunset over the harbour.
